All classes are hands-on, chef-led and start at 6:30 p.m. Classes run two hours. Cost per class is $34.95 per person plus tax. Tasting, fundraiser and dinner prices vary. No minor children under 12 years of age.

Farmers Market Fresh
Spring has sprung and so have the fresh vegetables and herbs! Lettuce show you how to prepare all of Missouri’s fresh bounty in this class, which has become a seasonal favorite. While this won’t be a completely vegan class, the main focus will be on fresh produce, mainly in raw preparations. As with all our classes, you’ll enjoy your delicious dishes at the end of the evening.
